Your login is the email address at which you have been receiving CIK announcements. Your password is generated by the system. Use Forgot Password. You may change your password under Home/Profile/Change Password. Change your login/email address at Home/Profile/Basic Information. Use Contact Us to request assistance -- for example, locating your login or registering you with a new account.

How do remove my company from the CIK Extranet Directory?

Where can I see a list of and search for the names of individuals?

After logging in, go to Home/Contacts/All Users. You can view available details for each person and send email.

Can I do google-like searches of just the CIK membership?

You bet. Go to Home/Commons/Colorado Internet Keiretsu Directory and enter your search terms. Your search is scoped to Members' public websites, plus CIK public News items on Group Commons. Note. If you don't find your company, Contact Us to add it. "Trade First Within the Family of Businesses."

How do I HOWTO?

Most all tabs on the Home Menu include HOWTOs. These detailed instructions will help you understand the functionality contained in each tab. Tip: Every user inquiry is compared against the instructions already online, and if not present, it's added. That's the spirit of Group Commons -- when the tide comes in, all ships rise.

What do I do if I find an error, a crash, an obviously incorrect application logic on the website?

Group Commons subscribes to "wiki logic" -- you find it, you fix it; and if you don't have rights to fix it, at least you report it. Go to Home/Help/Bug Report to log a ticket. Keep in mind that at any one time there are about 15 major development efforts taking place in this application. Rejoince when you find occasional work areas with debugging code; it's your guarantee that new things are being released every 2-3 days . Collectively, we are all developers. As co-developers, we all benefit.
