Social Networking Query

We can now keep our knowledge and cleverness in one place -- by topic, even by task. One person puts out a query about some topic and all replies are automatically threaded back and attached to a single "blog". Call it a Ticket. Call it a blog. Or call it a Task. Words don't matter. The important thing is that our snippets of knowledge seek their source. By comparison email is like popping popcorn without a lid! Our friend, Bill French, says it even stronger: "Email is the place where good ideas go to die!" CIK Tickets is where knowledge goes to live.

In your estimation what are the top resources on the subject of Social Networking. Please list top books, websites, blogs, videos, etc. Is or isn't Skype an instance of social networking? What are your model cases?
