Nominations are open for positions on the CIK Board of Directors. Nominations will be closed on February 5, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Preference will be given to those who hold to the values expressed in the CIK charter found on page http://cik.groupcommons.com/

• You may nominate yourself.
• 25% of the new Board members must be from outside Colorado.
• An additional 25% must be from outside the U.S.
• Regular participation in Board deliberations, most of it virtual, is required. The Board reserves the right to replace members who become inactive.
• Please reply to this email with a paragraph or two describing why you think you would make a good CIK Board member.
