We have a software development team looking for a sub lease opportunity in
the northwest suburbs. I thought some of you might know someone who has
some excess space they'd like to lease out.
The team is looking for 4500 to 7000 sq. ft. The majority of this could be
a 'bull pen' set up. They would also like 4 to 5 offices and 1 conference
room. The target location is along the Hgwy 36 corridor, but they prefer
to stay South of the Boulder city limits to avoid traffic snarls. They're
hoping to have access to a kitchen as well. They're hoping to move by March
31st and set up a 2 year lease, but both are negotiable.
